Hadrosaur EggDescription: Hadrosaurs were very large Ornithopods, and were herbivorous (vegetarian ) dinosaurs. They were common herbivores in the Upper Cretaceous Period of what are now Asia, Europe and North America. The egg itself is in excellent condition and has been meticulously prepared. Note the light brown color of the shell. In the close-up one can clearly see the cracks and fissures that are present. The egg is hard, heavy and sturdy. This outstanding specimen would certainly compliment any comprehensive Paleozoic vertebrate collection.
