Welcome
to the Fossil Mall Science Section!
One
aspect of our business of which we are very proud
is having served the education community since
our inception a decade and a half ago. By educational
community we mean teachers from elementary through
university level, particularly the publishers
of educational media, from books (we stopped
counting at around 50 books) to numerous websites,
museums, professional paleontologists, and even
the Wikipedians whom we preceded on the web.
We maintain a large library, electronic and hardcopy,
follow the scientific literature closely, and
really do our research on the fossils we sell.
We strive to add value to each fossil we sell
in descriptions that portray a taxon's importance
within the tree of life, evolution and geologic
history. It's been said that plagiarism is the
highest compliment. If that be true, then we’ve
done our job well, because the pithy summaries
we provide have propagated all over the web,
and you can find a myriad of them on EBay, for
example.
