Cheirurid Crotalocephalus TrilobiteDescription: This very unusual spiny trilobite has been assigned the designation within the genus Crotalocephalus. At first glance it looks quite different from a Crotocephalus. Upon closer inspection the similarities become evident. Note, for instance, the six pygidium spines, inflated glabella and eye placement. The specimen itself has been professionally curated, is well preserved, fully 3D and shows well.
