Ormathops clariondi Trilobite from Morocco

Description: Presented is an excellent specimen of this elusive trilobite species. It is fully prone, 3D, has excellent eyes, color, and outstanding preservation. It would complement any serious Moroccan or Cambrian collection.

Only in the last few years have these Middle Cambrian and Middle Ordovician trilobites become available on the market. In my experiences with the Moroccan wholesale dealers who sell them, these trilobites are generally not identified. Luckily, one of my trilobite collector colleagues is an expert on identifications, and he nailed this one. Be advised, it is the only one I have available for sale.
