Ectillaenuse Trilobite from SpainDescription: This is an example of the unusual Illaenid trilobite Ectillaenus giganteus. At some 75 mm in length, it lives up to the genus name giganteus. Seen here as a part/counterpart pair, it is quite 3-D in aspect, a far cry from the often disarticulated smears seen for material from Valongo, Portugal.
