Description: The Green River Formation is known for the excellent quality of preservation of its fossils. This leaf is no exception. This is a remarkably detailed example showing the venation quite clearly. The plate is solid and would make a nice display or collection piece. There is also an associated partial Oreopanax elongatum, possibly showing insect damage, on the plate.
