AcrocoelitesDescription: This is an unusual death-bed assemblage of about 20 partial specimens of Acrocoelites. The specimens are fully 3D and appear to be agatized. There are also small bone fragments of swimming reptiles like Ichthyosaurs within the matrix I am not aware of these colorful and attractive plates being offered in the USA before. A small part of the plate had broken off and was re-glued.
