Cordania falcataDescription: Here is a nice trilobite: A member of the Order Proetida, Family Brachymetopidae from the Devonian Haragan Formation deposits of Coal County, Oklahoma. It is Cordania falcata, is quite 3-D in preservation, and displays well with the fine detail adding to the overall great preservation. This one was prepared by Bob Carroll of Black Cat Mountain Trilobites of Clarita Oklahoma, well-known as the premier preparator of the diverse examples of the Devonian seas of Oklahoma whose prep work is sought by collectors world wide.
