Cordania falcataDescription: Here is a nice trilobite: A member of the Order Proetida, Family Brachymetopidae from the Devonian Haragan Formation deposits of Coal County, Oklahoma. It is Cordania falcata, is quite 3-D in preservation, and displays well with the fine detail adding to the overall appeal. This one was prepared by Bob Carroll’s cousin Don Campbell, and is so marked on the bottom. Missing only the tip of the right genal, it is a most affordable example of trilobites from Black Cat Mountain.
