It comes from the late Cretaceous Phosphate deposits of Khourigba, Morocco. It is a good example of a tooth from one of these long-necked seagoing predators. Mosasaur and Plesiosaur teeth teeth are very abundant from the phosphate deposits of Khourigba, Morocco. Moreover, fossils from this site that are in matrix are almost surely remounted, but there is no way to tell. Finally, we've seen these fossils grossly overpriced by some, with banal accolades such as "investment quality". These are nice and inexpensive fossils, so please don't be drupped and overpay. |
