Olenellus fowleri and Olenellus chiefensisDescription: Presented is an exceptional plate of two fully mature adult species in a delightful association. Both are preserved in the “medallion” type configuration, which is a hallmark of this locality. The O. chiefensis is just about flawless. It is inflated and has all it’s spines in place, including the tail spine. The O. fowleri is complete except for it’s opistothorax. Multi-species plates are uncommon from this locality. This would be an excellent complement to any western states trilobite collection.
