Exocoetoides minorFossil Description:An unusual, rare example of a flying fish, as demonstrated by the dramatically-elongated pectoral fins of the primary specimen. The genus name is derived from its resemblance to Exocoetes, a modern-day flying fish. It is well displayed on its Sublithographic limestone matrix, and is quite complete.
