Jianshania furfactusDescription: This unusual arthropod is known as Jianshania furcatus. The species is known from several incomplete specimens, none of which are in excess of 11 mm. The closest taxa are Fuxuianhuia and Chengjiangocaris in the Chengjiang Biota. Another close relative, Pisinnocaris, may actually be the same creature. Based upon its broad body outline, some think it was a bottom dweller.
