Description: The Green River Formation is known for the excellent quality of preservation of its fossils. This leaf is no exception. Presented is a remarkably detailed example of this three lobed leaf showing the venation quite clearly. The long petiole is also intact. Sterculia are one of the hard to find Green River Formation leaves. The plate is solid and would make a nice display or collection piece.
