Fossil OdonataDescription: The Green River Formation deposits of Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah are best known for their immaculately-preserved fish, but other examples are known as well, as this specimen attests. Dragonflies are always highly-prized by collectors, and while this example is lacking most of the abdomen, the head, thorax, and legs are wonderfully complete. Traces of the wings are present as well
