Premium Modocia typicalis Trilobite

Description: This medium sized specimen is a dark chocolate brown color, perfectly preserved, fully 3-D, with intact genal and pleural spines. It resides comfortably on a small plate of Marjum shale. It is a classic species from one of the world’s most important Cambrian trilobite localities. This comes from a small lot of Modocias I just purchased. They have become uncommon over the last few years, as the sites have not been collected.
