I have just recently been able to secure a selection of Early
Silurian trilobites from Quebec Province, Canada. This is another
in the series which I will be posting. all of which are quite
rare at least in part due to the fact that few have collected
there. Seen here is a Calymene sp trilobite for which no literature
reference could be located. There is a small amount of erosion
to the distal and proximal ends of the axial lobe, but it is
still an eminently collectible example of the taxon.
