Cardiospermum Description: e Cardiospermum genus consists primarily of herbaceous vines. One of today’s living species is considered as an invasive species in the Southern USA! This specimen has excellent preservation, a deep dark chocolate color and is well centered on a small plate.

The Green River Formation holds one of the world’s richest depositories of fossil leaves, plants, vines and aquatic vegetation. My provider alone shows over seventy species he collects. Surely there are many more found. Not only is the variety of plant life phenomenal, the preservation is often superb.
