Were the Krukowski quarry Protichnites and Diplichnites
trackways made by a
Euthycarcinoid?
These enigmatic arthropods are found in many Paleozoic fossil
sites. They meet the morphological criteria of a Protichnites
trackmaker, having multiple legs and a telson. The Euthycarcinoids
are a group of arthropods that are possibly a stem group of
Myriapoda.
