Fossil Amber with Rare Flower and HomopteranThis amber contains a rare occurrence indeed, a flower. I've seen but a few in many thousands of pieces of amber, and never one so complete, so openly splayed, and so well presented. Besides this rare botanical inclusion, there is a nice insect Oder Homoptera, a planthopper. This specimen could be a trophy for an amber collection, or, at 45 by 25 mm, would make an incredible pendant worthy of a jeweler's time to mount.
