Description: Description: This matrix-free specimen is a light brown color. It has both of its large claws intact, though it is missing all the legs. The claws were re-glued to the specimen. The genus ranges from the Lower Eocene to the Upper Eocene (55-35 million years ago). It has a fairly large geographical spread, occurring in Europe, East Africa and the state of Texas.
